Are ready to make real changes in your life this New Year? Then do the following or at least pick 1. What are three priorities that you have for this year? Utilize them as a litmus test for where you chose to put your attention time and talents. So think to yourself does this get me closer to living a life that is based upon I what believe to be important?
2.What is something that you have been wanting to tell someone and haven't- take sometime write it down and clarify what and what you hope to accomplish by doing so. Then go for it! Caution make sure your intentions are to improve things even if it involves doing something difficult.
3 Identify activities that you gain a sense of satisfaction in doing and make them part of your weekly schedule.
4.Identify one activity/relationship/responsibilty that is leaving you with nothing worthwhile, a drain on your resources and get rid of it.
